What equipment is included with installation?

Do I need another internet service provider (ISP)?
No. Big Red Communications is your "always-on" internet service provider.
Can I keep my existing email address from another ISP?
Yes, if you maintain your account with your previous ISP, you can continue to use your existing email address.
Why can my neighbor get service, but I can't?
Our service requires a clear line of sight to one of our towers. Obstructions like trees or buildings can block the signal.
Can I host a server?
